The 1200 Series’ line of rugged gasoline engines deliver serious hot water cleaning power with up to 6.0 GPM. These self-contained cleaning units (certain models coming standard with a 2000W generator) are built to hold up under the toughest of conditions. The Super Skid HSS Series is Hotsy’s largest and most powerful hot-water pressure washers. The Super-Duty HSS Series features premier pumps with lower RPM for long-lasting durability; there’s literally nothing else on the market as robust, big & powerful. The HSS Series comes standard with a reliable Hotsy triplex belt-driven high-pressure pump, a triple banded belt for more efficient power transmission and are powered by either a 16 or 24 HP Kubota electric-start engine. Additionally, the Super Skid HSS Series features two fuel tanks for longer operation, a high-efficiency Hotsy burner and an optional dual-gun kit which allows two users at one time. As with all Hotsy models, the Super Skid HSS Series is ETL safety certified.
The Trail Blazer is Hotsy’s affordable trailer solution that provides mobile cleaning anywhere. The Trail Blazer’s axle assembly (with leaf-spring suspension) is rated at 3,500 lbs. The heavy duty-chassis features a swing-away hinge with swivel jack tongue assembly. The 200 gallon water tank features a float valve and 7-inch access port. Based on your pressure washing needs the Hotsy Trail Blazer can be configured with a 965B, 1075BE, 1075SSE, 1080BE, or 1200 Series Hotsy Pressure Washer.

Hotsy’s 9400 Series Water Heaters give customers the flexibility to convert a cold water pressure washer to a hot water unit and take advantage of the benefits of hot-water cleaning. The 9400 Series can be configured to use diesel/oil or natural gas to power the burner. All four models use Hotsy’s high-efficiency, vertical heating coil and are equipped with a flow switch to control the burner’s temperature.
