Bring your Hotsy by for a fast, dependable repair. We'll get you back up and running in no time.

Bring your machine to one of our three retail locations in Omaha, Lincoln or Grand Island and a certified technician will run a complete inspection and provide an accurate time/cost quote for a complete repair. Our cost estimates, unless previously discussed, are for complete repairs and address any issue that may cause your Hotsy Pressure Washer to underperform.

Our In-house technicians have access to Hotsy’s complete parts inventory (down to replacement stickers and decals) so little time is wasted on the arrival of specialty parts.

In-house technicians will examine your machine using the same 25 point inspection as the Scheduled Maintenance Program. If anything looks out of place or as though it could present a future problem, our service department will discuss the matter with you and offer to fix the issue before it ever becomes one. While your machine is being worked on in-house, additional services such as oil changes or burner tune-ups can be requested.

On-Site Service and Repair

Hotsy Equipment Co. has ways to help you enhance every aspect of your cleaning operation, so you can clean faster and more efficiently than ever.

For our customers with stationary machines, machine too far from one of our retail/service locations, or a machine in need of immediate repair, Hotsy Equipment Co. offers on-site service and repair support.

Our on-site repair technicians hold Master Technician Certifications from Hotsy’s Manufacturing Plants and travel to your location in fully-stocked trucks with most parts necessary to complete a full repair. If a more in-depth repair is required, your Hotsy technician may bring your machine to the nearest store location to complete the repair where you can pick it up or have it delivered back to your location.

Just as with our In-House technicians, On-Site techs examine your machine using the same 25 point inspection as the Scheduled Maintenance Program. Scheduled Maintenance

A properly used Hotsy is a properly abused Hotsy. Scheduled Maintenance is the perfect way to keep your Hotsy Pressure Washer performing at its best.

Whether you’re a cleaning company who only makes money if your Hotsy is running, a farmer planning to wash your equipment after a long winter, or somewhere in between, you don’t have the time to question whether or not you’re properly maintaining your pressure washer year-round. To best serve you and your pressure washing needs, Hotsy Equipment Co. is proud to offer our Scheduled Maintenance Program.

During each Scheduled Maintenance appointment, a Hotsy technician will evaluate your machine using a 25-point inspection checklist. While conducting their inspection the Hotsy tech will calibrate your machine’s pressure to the optimal performance level, change your pump-oil and tune-up the hot water burner. Scheduled Maintenance Program members will be visited by Hotsy technicians at least twice per year (more often if requested).

While on Scheduled Maintenance appointments, service technicians have been known to catch and repair minor issues that, if left unattended, may have lead to larger more costly repairs. If repairs beyond the 25-point inspection are required, the first hour of labor is covered by your program membership.* If repair/service support occurs in-between scheduled maintenance appointments, program members will receive priority service and labor discounts.
